Officials at the Westerly-Pawcatuck branch of the Ocean Community YMCA have unveiled a $6.5 million expansion and renovation project that calls for tearing down the main building that fronts High Street and erecting a three-level addition that will extend almost out to the sidewalk and increase the size of the YMCA by 8,000 square feet.
