WEEK One was tough and I figured the following would be better. I started off on the same exercise routine the first day of the second week: 5km loop on treadmill, 2km on elliptical machine and 10km on the cycle.

Most of us don't want to admit it, but excess weight is a common denominator in such wide-ranging health problems as plantar fasciitis and high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, joint pain, low self-esteem and well-being.
