January 27th, 2009I hate working out in January. Not only is the weather terrible, but everyone and their mother has decided to make fitness their New Years Resolution, so the gym is incredibly crowded.With the exception of the lack of machines, the dingy smell of body odor, and the muggy feeling you get when you combine hot sweaty bodies with a blowing heater - I don’t mind all the people.
