I work out everyday with half hour of cardio (Running, Cycling or elliptical machines) and burn appr. 300-400 calories. Recently I started feeling bored so I tried the GroupX classes at 24hr fitness. I have tried KickBoxing & Cycling (Both are 60 min) which r gr8. Can anyone tell me how many calories do we burn appr. in these classes?
