Officials at the Westerly-Pawcatuck branch of the Ocean Community YMCA have unveiled a $6.5 million expansion and renovation project that calls for tearing down the main building that fronts High Street and erecting a three-level addition that will extend almost out to the sidewalk and increase the size of the YMCA by 8,000 square feet.

I’ve had a bit of an accident.Somehow, I have stumbled into an exercise routine. It’s like a tripped on a crack in the sidewalk and fell into a state-of-the-art elliptical training machine.
