Matt has been entering rooms calling me a duck because apparently I stand like one when no one is looking. Back arched, stomach out, butt out: I guess I have bad posture!? Should I work on my core more? How do you guys stand when no one is watching? And if I’m a duck, this is most definitely a turtle: I was 100% in the mood to work out today so that’s what I did.
