Kaitlin Depuydt walked to the Calvary Community Wellness Center as she does five times each week to work out. The 23-year-old, who lives in the Longfellow neighborhood, said the 40 minutes she spends on the elliptical machine and other equipment is her gift to herself of health, happiness and wellness.
